We're Gonna' be Parents!

If you are reading this post then you probably know by now that we are having a baby!  I can scarcely believe it even as I type the words on the screen.  We are going to be parents!!!!!  It still feels so surreal.  I wonder when the glorious realization of it all will finally hit us?  It's amazing that what started with just a little pink line on a pregnancy test is going end with a beautiful baby in our arms!  We are so blessed.


We couldn't be more thrilled to finally know that the baby we have been crying to God for the past few years for, is finally on his or her way!  Many of you know our story, and some or all of the details of our LONG journey to get where we are today.  But many of you don't.


We debated sharing our story with the world.  We went back and fourth about the "delicate intricacies" of living in a society, and evaluated both the benefits and detriments of opening our story.  In the end, we decided to share our baby story- the WHOLE story- with you.  Maybe someday our story will serve as an encouragement to someone else who finds themselves in a similar situation.
